Kyle is a fantastic realtor! He worked with us for over a year as we looked at what felt like a million houses. He was honest about the features and shortcomings of each house. Kyle has helped our family buy and sell homes for the past 14 years. My sister's condo required some work in order to put it on the market. If you are on the fence about which realtor to hire, just hire Kyle! You will not regret it! We were moving to Minnesota from out of state and started working with him in late August, and closed on our home on 10/16. Kyle will work endlessly to see every home we ask him to and make wonderful videos and tours. When I flew in for a day to view houses, he was on top of it.
